Our story
We started where you are now
Before 4D Fulfillment, we ran our own Amazon and Shopify stores — and we spent years fighting 3PLs that ghosted us on receiving, sent surprise invoices, and treated inventory data like a state secret.
When we couldn’t find a partner who treated operations like a craft, we built one. Today we run our own warehouse, our own team, and our own software — so when you call us, you reach the people actually moving your boxes.
Every choice we make — from same-day cutoffs to per-unit pricing — comes from being on your side of the table first.

Founded in Houston, TX
Started in a 5,000 sq ft warehouse with a handful of Amazon FBA sellers we knew personally.
2021
Expanded to multi-channel
Added Etsy, Shopify, and eBay integrations as our customers diversified beyond Amazon.
2023
50,000 sq ft facility
Moved to our current Houston warehouse. Added climate-controlled storage and kitting cells.
2025
1M+ orders shipped
Crossed a million orders shipped across seven marketplaces. Same team, same standards.
